KOVA specialises in carbon fibre football shin pads, including standard and personalised editions.

Our product range includes:

• CORE: Standard, non-personalised shin pads.

• IDENTITY: Personalised shin pads featuring customer-selected details.

• TRIBUTE: Personalised shin pads incorporating customer-provided photographs or artwork.

• SIGNATURE: Advanced personalised designs incorporating customer-requested imagery and artwork.

Product specifications, prices and included accessories are displayed on the relevant product pages.

We aim to represent our products accurately. However, minor variations in colour, finish, positioning and appearance may occur due to screen settings, materials and manufacturing processes.

Any variations must remain consistent with the agreed product description and your statutory rights.

3. Ordering and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

The total price, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be displayed before checkout.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted an order.

We may decline an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, unavailable products or artwork that we cannot lawfully reproduce.

If we cannot fulfil an order for which payment has been taken, we will provide an appropriate refund.

4. Personalised Orders

Customers purchasing IDENTITY, TRIBUTE or SIGNATURE products are responsible for submitting accurate personalisation details.

This includes names, initials, numbers, photographs, colours and other requested design elements.

Customers should carefully review their submitted information before completing checkout.

KOVA will endeavour to reproduce the agreed specifications accurately.

Where an order requires artwork approval, customers should review the proposed design carefully. Approval confirms acceptance of the design details shown, but does not remove statutory rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

We may contact customers to clarify design requirements before production.

5. Customer-Supplied Images and Intellectual Property

By submitting photographs, logos, illustrations or other artwork, you confirm that you own the relevant rights or have obtained the permissions necessary for KOVA to reproduce the material as part of your order.

This includes obtaining appropriate permission for copyrighted photographs, professional player imagery, football club badges, trademarks and other protected content.

You grant KOVA a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce and adapt submitted material as reasonably necessary to create and fulfil your order.

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in your submitted content.

KOVA reserves the right to decline artwork requests where we reasonably believe the material infringes third-party rights, is unlawful or is otherwise inappropriate.

KOVA will not automatically publish customer-submitted personal photographs or finished personalised designs for promotional purposes. Any promotional use will require an appropriate separate permission or other lawful basis.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Our CORE edition is a standard, non-personalised product and is subject to applicable consumer cancellation rights.

Products genuinely made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised, including qualifying IDENTITY, TRIBUTE and SIGNATURE orders, are generally exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

This exemption does not affect customers' statutory rights in relation to faulty, incorrectly personalised or misdescribed goods.

7. Production, Shipping and Delivery

Personalised orders may require additional production time.

Any production and delivery estimates will be communicated through our website, checkout or order correspondence.

Where a delivery date has been agreed, we will comply with our applicable legal obligations. If no delivery timeframe has been agreed, statutory delivery requirements apply.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

8. Product Use and Safety

KOVA shin pads are intended for use as football protective equipment.

Customers should select products appropriate for the intended wearer and use them in accordance with any supplied instructions.

No shin pad can guarantee prevention of every injury.

Customers should inspect their shin pads before use and discontinue use if they show damage that may affect their protective function.

Nothing in this section excludes or restricts our legal responsibilities concerning product safety, defective products or consumer rights.

9. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The KOVA name, branding, website content, original designs, photographs and other materials created or owned by KOVA are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit KOVA-owned content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

This provision does not claim ownership over intellectual property belonging to customers or third parties.

10. Promotions and Complimentary Items

From time to time, KOVA may offer promotional discounts, giveaways or complimentary accessories.

Promotions are subject to their published conditions, availability and any applicable legal requirements.

Complimentary items advertised as subject to stock availability will only be included where stock is available and the offer has been clearly communicated on that basis before purchase.

KOVA does not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, defective products where liability cannot legally be excluded, or breach of statutory consumer rights.
